Second Harvest      Second Harvest Food Bank
FIGHTING HUNGER, FEEDING HOPE
Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee opened it doors in 1978 with a mission to feed hungry

people and work to solve hunger issues in our community.  They rely on a network of growers,

manufacturers, grocery store and individuals (that's you) to donate food for distribution.  St. Mark's has

teamed up with the Hamilton Methodist Distribution Center with our 2nd Sunday for 2nd Harvest

program to supply food for Emergency Food Boxes to families in our immediate neighborhood.

THE CAMPUS FOR HUMAN DEVELOPMENT                Web site - www.chd-nashville.org
The programs of the Campus for Human Development begin with the grace of hospitality and are

centered around an atmosphere of mutual respect. They provide a continuum of care that is both

emergency and long-term, both residential and educational. St. Mark's participates in the Room in the

Inn program, teaming up with St. Ignatius Catholic Church to help provide food and shelter

for Nashville's many homeless each night during the coldest months of the year.

ST. LUKE'S COMMUNITY HOUSE                Web site - www.stlukescommunityhouse.org
St. Luke's Cummunity House was founded in 1913 by the Episcopal churches in Middle Tennessee to

help low income working families in west Nashville achieve their potential.  Their vision is to see

parents, children, youth, seniors, and extended family members develop the inner strength and

support to deal with life's challenges and opportunities.
